Billi Janet Burkey is a member of Center Church of the Brethren in Louisville, Ohio, where she has volunteered through the years in various roles including youth director, treasurer, typist, pianist, and board chair. She is a graduate of Stark State College of Technology with an Associates Degree in Office Administration and is a Certified Professional Secretary. She is a member and officer of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (aka Professional Secretaries). Billi currently works at radio station WNPQ (The Light 95.9 FM) in Canton as their office manager (etc.).

In a recent Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment, Billi was found to have the strength of "Connectedness." This strength is defined as "a person who has faith in the link between all things." Her goal as District Librarian is not only to aid congregations in being good stewards of their congregations’ money by sharing resources, but also to connect the congregations through networking and sharing ideas.
